The World Council for the Industrial Relations and Labor (WOCOINREL), is an association of graduates, professionals, academics and experts in Industrial and Labor Relations, whose objective is to use the tools necessary for future business leaders can apply and promote adequately the various techniques and proposals in the private sector and in the same way in public institutions for the improvement and promotion of job creation.

Act in multiple and different sectors, develop mechanisms to improve functioning between employers and unions, promote socio-professional scientific research, develop orientation and training actions that facilitate integration, affiliation and improvement Social Security. Our vision is identified worldwide, but above all we are a Non-Profit Association (ASBL) under Belgian law and an entity with in-depth knowledge in the field of industrial and labor relations, and broad objectives in development human talents and whose principles are: opportunity, objectivity, research, promotion, adequacy, professional ethics and quality. Our mission is to be a leader as consultants, advisers and collaborators of any national or international institution which requests it, also with the company and the trade union organizations.

We focus on promoting the analysis, initiatives and development of legislation, skills and the complete administration of human and social resources, in all its dimensions to contribute to the harmonious and productive growth of countries. WOCOINREL will establish and bring tangible value to its members through information, services, special education, research and communication.

Finally, our described principles and objectives reinforce our mission and we do everything to provide an environment of humanity in companies and in all that is work, bring tangible value, ensure the economy by improving productivity and good -to be. WHO WE ARE.

WOCOINREL, headquartered in Brussels, is a non-profit organization (ASBL), with its own legal status and its full capacity to act to achieve its objectives. The objectives of the Organization are scientific and social in nature, regardless of any political, philosophical or religious consideration.

WOCOINREL, is one of the organizations to provide a structure and a service, open to the participation of academic institutions, professional associations of Industrial Relations and experts from several disciplines to promote research, and the development of opportunity policies as well that objectivity in training and quality aimed at the improvement and well-being of workers and socio-professional and economic groups.

WOCOINREL, through its profile which clearly highlights first-class professionalism and quality and with a clear vision of its objectives, strategies, activities, policy development, etc., hopes to be identified as one of the organizations with a high level of knowledge in Administration and work organization and in the formulation and development of socio-economic and work policies in the world. It must therefore also be a leader in its mission, which consists of: providing knowledge and advice to its members and socio-professional groups; on national and international regulations and legislation, contributing to their understanding and development in all their aspects.
